REEL Exchange: Sat, December 27th, 4 - 5:30pm *FREE*
This Reel Exchange convening is focused on Women, Femmes and Womb-bearing folks.
Join us for a community-centered screening where a Black filmmaker shares a film in development — and YOU share your voice to help shape its future.
This gathering includes a special community conversation on womb wellness, followed by a screening of Journey to Sisterhood (WIP) — a short cinéma verité documentary by Malika Lee. After the screening, Malika will join us for an open dialogue about your ideas and feedback on the film.
Your presence, your reflections, and your lived wisdom are an essential part of this event. Reel Exchange invites community members not just to watch, but to participate: to share how the film made you feel, what resonated, what raised questions, and what you hope to see next.
This is a space where filmmaking meets community truth — where stories evolve through conversation, connection, and collective insight.
